Butts it seems its not difficult to get a service from Virgin, we did just that a year or so back with all the usual negative credit.
I think Virgin are such a disgrace as a company that they need customers!
Thye got everything about our account wrong from the beginning, service was rubbish, customer service was a joke, billing was always wrong and when we finally complained and cancelled because of the service they tried to charge us 3 months for cancelling.
As I have no fears from companies threatening me anymore, I told them I was prepared to pay them £5 per month - we were contracted and I really couldnt be bothered to play.
They refused that and referred us to a DCA who I told would get £1.
That is exactly what we pay.

Rikw, why would anyone want to try any other avenues to get credit after all the problems it brings.
There is no better feeling knowing that the money I spend now is mine and cash! DMP has been running for over 5 years, I have recently been advised to lower my payments as the cost of living etc has gone up. We have never been so well off, seriously I wouldnt want any kind of credit again.
