#194734 i am not living at a fixed address, i need a copy of my credit file for my bankruptcy application so i can make sure i have everything on there, how do i get the files if i cannot give an address of residence , help please

#194741 Unless you have an address, and are normally registered at that address on the electoral register, the will not normally provide them for you.

This is to protect against fraud, and I know it doesn't help you, but the information in a CRF can easily be used for ID Fraud, so it has to be very well protected.

With regards to bankruptcy, it is what they call a class action, so irrespective of if you have listed a debt or not, providing it is an unsecured debt (with the main exception being government debts), it is automatically included. This is why your bankruptcy is advertised in the London Gazette and Local Paper
