When you enter a (DMP) Debt Management Plan with Payplan we will open a Justabank account for you.
This site is unique to Payplan, and it allows you to manage all aspects of your account throughout your plan.
With Justabank you can:
- Track the payments that you make to your debt management plan
- See the outstanding balances owed to your creditors
- Find clear explanations to help you deal with your creditors
- Receive, read and download documents and correspondence from Payplan
- E-mail your case officer directly
- Manage your details online
- Find answers to common debt questions
This preview intends to give you an insight into how Justabank, together with Payplan, can help you back to financial freedom.
Log on
When you enter into a DMP with Payplan your case officer will create an account and provide you with your unique log-on details to enter the Justabank website.
Your login details will be personal to you and will allow you to view your account details and progress of your plan. If you are an existing client, you can find your login details on the DMP Plan Letter your case officer has sent you. You can log on to Justabank here.

Welcome
Once you have logged into Justabank, you will find a wealth of information and advice that's there to guide you through your plan. Every aspect of your plan is presented in easy to use sections. Whether it's an update on your income and expenditure, or tracking the progress of your payments you can manage this online.

Your details
Here, you'll find your personal details such as your name, address, contact details, the best time to contact you and whether your spouse is aware. At Payplan we feel it is important to know if your spouse is aware, as we understand you may wish to keep your debt situation private. There is also a link on this page to update and change your details. It is very important that you update your details regularly so we can continue to contact and support you.

Online documents
All the documents you need to complete your Payplan arrangement are available on this website. There are also examples of creditor's correspondence that you may receive, with explanations of what they mean and what action to take. All correspondence sent by your case officer will be kept on the website, so you will always be able to view them.

Budget
Here you'll find details of your monthly budget, which will have been agreed, at the beginning of your DMP. Viewing your budget gives you the opportunity to print a copy so you can refer to it throughout the month. Your account in Justabank will allow you to make amendments to your budget if necessary and you can see whether your creditors are likely to accept the figures on your budget.

Barcode
We want to be able to fast-track any correspondence you send to us in the post. The barcode you will be given is unique to your account and you should print it off and include it in the envelope with any documents you send to your case officer.

Guides
Justabank contains many guides that we felt may be of use to Payplan clients. The guides include details on:
- Bank accounts
- Budgets
- Court procedures
- Life insurance
There is also the chance to view answers to typically asked questions, so if you have any questions you may find answers to them in this section of Justabank, or alternatively you can e-mail your case officer.
