PayplanPlus is an online account management tool offering innovative ways of ensuring every client feels informed, valued and supported throughout their plan.
With interactive features, PayplanPlus gives clients quick and easy access to the people, products, services and resources that will help them maximise their money and become debt free.
What is PayplanPlus?
PayplanPlus enables every client in a Debt Management Plan (DMP) and Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) to manage their account online efficiently. This means being able to access their account at a time to suit them, whether it's to make a payment, download a document or update their personal details.
In addition, PayplanPlus offers ways for people to save money on everyday expenses - such as switching gas and electricity suppliers or reviewing car insurance.
Interactive features make it easy for clients to contact their Case Officer, download guides and take advantage of special discounts, deals and coupons - online, at any time.
DMP clients can
- Track the payments they make into their DMP
- See the outstanding balances owed to their creditors
- Find clear explanations to help them respond appropriately to creditors
- Make payments online
IVA clients can
- View any outstanding information that's needed to set up their IVA
- Check their creditor details to make sure they are correct
- Update their budget at the appropriate time, depending on their IVA status
- View their proposals and Chairman's Report at the time of the creditors' meeting

- View important announcements, such as when their annual review is due, payslip requests and equity reviews
How do clients use PayplanPlus?
After their arrangement has been set up, a Case Officer is assigned to guide clients through the process as smoothly as possible. A personal PayplanPlus account can be set up free of charge for every client. Once they have logged in securely, clients will be able to access all the information relating to their account, making it easy to update their details, keep track of payments into their plan, receive documents and get in touch with their Case Officer.

Every document needed to successfully complete the set up and maintenance of a client's plan can be downloaded from PayplanPlus. Other than managing their plan efficiently, clients can benefit from a wide range of resources including quick and easy reference to guides about:
