We celebrated a hat-trick of award wins after being named ‘Debt Advice Provider of the Year’ for the third consecutive year at Credit Strategy’s prestigious Vulnerability Awareness Gala.
With 65% of our clients starting their journey online, and 93% of those choosing to continue online, we’re aware of the demand to refine a variety of communications channels for customers to receive debt advice, depending on their circumstances.
And, as a result of our developments in 2023, we have improved our overall customer engagement with digital debt advice by 30%.

We were also finalists for Best Vulnerable Customer Support Team and our Front Line Manager, Natalie Sentance, was a finalist in the Vulnerability Champion category.
