We’ve been announced as a finalist at this year’s Consumer Credit Awards after being voted by our clients to win Best Financial Support Provider and Firm of the Year. 

The Consumer Credit Awards are run by Smart Money People, the UK’s number one review and insight platform for the financial services industry. Now in its sixth year, the event aims to put customers at the heart of the industry with people voting in their thousands to determine the winners.

We’ve been overwhelmed with the responses from our clients who have voted by leaving feedback on their PayPlan debt advice experience and journey.

We pride  ourselves on helping clients to see the best way forward and working with them to put a clear plan of action in place to help them get their debts under control.

Our advisers are also trained to recognise the impact of debt on mental, physical and emotional health. We’re dedicated to providing any extra support they may need, whether this be through tailored debt support or signposting them to relevant external organisations.

Voting will remain open until 6 September 2021, with the winners due to be announced on 23 September 2021.
