The shortlist is for:

  • ‘Debt Advice Provider of the Year’ in the Collections and Customer Service Awards (CCS)
  • ‘Best Vulnerable Customer Support Team’ in the Utilities & Telecoms Awards (U&T)
  • Natalie Sentance in the ‘Vulnerability Champion‘ category across both the CCS and U&T awards.

The Gala will be held on October 11 at The Point, Manchester, hosting the Utilities & Telecoms Awards and the Collections & Customer Service Awards.
