Banks have granted mortgage payment holiday’s during the Coronavirus crisis to help their clients with financial issues. Paylink are providing technology to the banks which will help them deal with clients that are coming to the end of their payment holidays.

As part of this we need to triage clients to make sure they get to the right place and determine if they need an I&E completing or not, and we plan to do that through a chatbot. There are a few different chatbot journeys/flows based on the different answers you choose.


What you need to do to be in for a chance to win

 

  1. Imagine you’ve had an email from your lender your mortgage payment holiday is coming to an end and your payment is increasing by £30 per month.
  2. You have arrived at the landing page and the chatbot begins.
  3. Start the chatbot by selecting the ‘Start the chatbot now’ button below and go through the questions.
  4. Give feedback along the way (There is a ‘free type feedback’ option after each question so you can give suggestions for alternative options and type questions you have at each point – think of as many as you can!- this will help us build a library of question and answers).
  5. Once you reach the end of a journey click ‘back to start’ and try a different one by selecting different answers.
