#2486 You are within your rights to ask for any information regarding your account. They must have a detailed history of your account and must provide it if asked for.

You should get as much together as possible so that your side of the story is clear before the court. It just all sounds totally unfair to me what is happening, especially as you have been paying each month.

Did you have a CCJ against you at all?

#2490 No not to my knowledge I have checked my credit file and nothing is shown only a default notice ! however i have received a notive from the land registry that there is a bankruptcy petition looming and has been registered on my property which seems a little unfair
