#2205 Hi
i am a single parent and when i got my first loan (which i am still trying to pay off) I went mad buying new stuff for my flat as we needed: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, beds, as all i had was broken.
how will this be viewed by the court? in short do they see your standard of living and say "you spent to much on home and kids"?
Thanks for listening

#2207 No they won't Janwan so don't worry about that.

Think about the number of bankruptcies going ahead at the moment - think of how they spent the money too. This is general spending - although if it were antique furniture you were buying you might end up losing it but normal everyday things are not a problem!
