#205040 If you're living in the UK and have a UK address, then yes. If you're actually living abroad, no - overseas countries have different credit referencing arrangements.

#205195 Quite sure, yes. Equifax and Experian are global companies, because credit and debt is a global concern. But your UK Credit Reference file, and the UK credit reference agencies are governed by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and the Data Protection Act, which stipulate how the files must be kept and who may or may not access them.
