#4563 Hi all!
If you receive Working TC, Child TC and Housing bens might you have the whole fee waived, or is it only ever reduced to £360? If I do have to borrow the petition fee from a friend is this then classed as debt to be included in the B? And lastly - if there are outstanding amounts to the water board and BT what actually happens? Could my wife get a new account at the same property?
Thanks again,
L

#4573 No the £310 bankruptcy deposit is NEVER waived. It is the court fee and you should not borrow to do it as that would then have to be included in your petition. If someone gives you the money to do it then that is different!

#4574 Don't know about water but BT will definitely have to be taken on by someone else if included in bankruptcy ....
