#57988 hi :) if you complete a trust deed and then a few debts pop up from before trust deed that you forgot about can you be pursued???very old debts i completely forgot about-i thought slate was wiped clean after completion of trust deed-they were from a different address around 16 years ago :( dont know if ccj listed at old address-to scared to check :shock:

#58264 They will be statute barred then. Look under Statute barred debts on the gen forum, Skiannach has an excellent letter that you should use.
