#248573 Hi does any one now if a family member was willing to pay the rest of an ipa and lets say it has two years left to run does it then end is this possible? Any help would be welcomed.

#248603 I do not think so as an IPA is based on your earnings and if your earnings went up or down the IPA would change accordingly.

Nice family member, do they want to adopt?? :)

..put the lumpsum in a new account, change the SO to said account and let it trickle the payments from there. It isn't anywhere on your credit files that you have an IPA so I dont see how it'd look any different to anyone else whether it went in one hit or not just that you wouldn't have the bill each month.
