Gambling Addiction
Gambling Addiction can lead to debt by using credit cards, loans and overdrafts to fund the actual gambling or to pay for living expenses because their income has been used to gamble. Either way, many gambling addicts lose control over their money, which can result in debts increasing. Once a gambling addict starts to lose it is extremely tempting to gamble more in the hope of a big win. Gambling can continue as many feel they need to win to cover their debts caused by the gambling.
Gambling rarely clears debts and can often lead to them increasing causing more desperate gambling and the cycle continues. Once a gambling addict faces the problem, debts can be cleared quicker than continuing to gamble hoping for a big win.
Payplan never refuse to give financial advice to anyone. Just because gambling addiction may have been the cause of the debt that doesn't mean there isn't help available.
